Prenatal yoga and meditation (postpartum, too) sessions, taught by some of the best experts around, teach you how to harness your own mental and physical strength during and after pregnancy. You got this. All are welcome, no matter your yoga experience, or how you are feeling that day. Our prenatal yoga & meditation (and postpartum) sessions fit your mood, schedule, trimester, or body ache (ex: Low Back Love, Making Space, Take a Pause, Hip Openers, Upper Back & Shoulders, Fatigue Release, Celebration & Appreciation, etc!). We keep everything short and flexible because we know you dont have a lot of time.
Simply put, we believe (and research proves) in the power of these tools to better prepare the body and mind for some of life’s biggest stages: birth and parenthood.
